It is finally finished!

:faint: Oh my god...I put SO much effort into this! I've been colouring it since Christmas, and I'm rather proud of how it turned out. This is the first piece of work produced with my new tablet. :heart:

Anyways. I'm a huge fan of the Arbiter, and I can't wait for the new series of Halo 3 action figures to appear in shops! ^^

God, It's so aweseome. <3 I'm also a big fan of Arbiter so I love you for this picture~! <3 I like the colors etc. It's just sad that I can't buy any Arbiter figure. D: I'm not even sure that does any shop sell those figures in Finland. If I could find one, I would buy it immediately. And it's just too cruel that my mon doesn't let me buy Arbiter figure at eBay etc. She says that it's expensive and I konw it too. ; ;

Anyway, I love this piece of art and I really have to fav it. <3
